Soft shell splints offer the versatility of the original SAM splint, with added comfort for the user. Soft Shell Splints come in sizes ranging from 9" for ulnar gutter or volar applications, to the 37" "Sugar Tong Splint", useful for immobilizing forearm and wrist fractures. For larger individuals, the 9", 12" and 15" models are also available in an "Extra Large" size that offers more width.
