The Tac Med Convertible Drop Leg Pouch provides the medic/operator with maximum flexibility without compromising the ability to provide on target care. This pouch can be worn on the leg or attached to a MOLLE style vest depending on the user's preference. The two main panels easily allow for the creation of custom configurations to accommodate different mission profiles. Includes Side Release Buckle and webbing for easy belt attachment. Solid bag however...
Okay, so this is a pretty good pouch. Well constructed, large enough to carry the supplies needed, good internal retention... my issue is the leg strap. It is made of an elastic material that slides back through the buckle when moving around (I find myself re-adjusting the strap MULTIPLE times while wearing this kit during my shift). I would take the NAR CCR Medic Leg Rig-type leg strap over this elastic one in a heartbeat.
