Great, but the cover is a little too moldable,
A great, robust durable notebook, every page has medical descriptions on the front part such as age, weight, medical conditions, allergies and such. While the back part of each page is blank, with the word "Notes" on the top. It is perfectly waterproof and ink doesnt smear, just as advertised. Only complaint i have is that the cover molds really, really easily and if youve had the cover in a weird position (extremely easy to bend) it will maintain that position like its life or death. Otherwise great product.

Handy to Have on Hand
This is a very handy book to immediately have on hand when facing an emergency as a CERT emergency responding member. It provides a convenient way to get started when on site and involved in a triage . It's important in that it helps keep records in one place and one record form for each victim. Handy to have on hand especially in your emergency response bag.
