Made from perforated neoprene, and weighing only 2½ ounces, it features a hook and loop attachment that ensures that it will stay in place. Poor fit
To start, my tourniquet doesnt stay in the sleeve. Even with it folded several times, it falls out routinely. Lastly the actual wrap doesnt have enought velcro. I'm not a big person at 5'4 and 145lbs. Yet I have it stretch out to the max just to barely have it reach the velcro so it'll hold. They advertise it'll fit over your boot and I dont see it. It doesnt for over my lower calve let alone my boot.

Ankle TQ Holster
This simple product is a daily addition to my duty gear. My previous holster lasted over two years before it was retired from service. I wear the holster above my boot and over a sock. It is comfortable with a CAT TQ or a M2 RMT. I did not like it paired with a SOF TQ as the metal buckle dug into my leg no matter how I folded the TQ. They are tight out of the box but conform with regular use. If you are looking for a simple and comfortable way to csrry another TQ, hive this holster a try.

Needed method of conveyance for CAT tourniquet
Long time CCW carrier and finally decided it is prudent to carry a CAT tourniquet for possible use, whether it is personal or for someone else. It is comfortable, secure, don't even know I'm wearing it. Decent price as well.
