Excellent value and well-designed
This pouch is on the smaller side, but the stitching is excellent and very strong. The zippers are good and work very well, even when the pouch is very tightly packed. With some imagination and organization, you can stock a complete trauma kit with full-size, quality items, including a CAT tourniquet, chest seals, thick gloves, shears, a roll of tape, an eye pad, a sharpie, a large blanket (SOL-type), and extra gauze pads in addition to two compressed gauze packs. Because the pouch is fairly narrow but longer than a lot of the competition, you might want to think about using items that will fit better, such as a 6-inch Israeli bandage out of its first packaging.
