I buy this for my 82 year old mother. It helps keep her electrolytes in range. Sometimes she forgets to drink enough water which causes her sodium levels to rise. It works great, tastes good and helps keep her feeling good!

Recent surgery with short bowel syndrome is why my husband will more than likely be drinking Ceralyte 70 for life, as trying to stay ahead of dehydration. Tried several other products, the rice based seems to agree. Would like to try the unflavored Ceralyte as he has many sensitivities. Thank You

Works great if you are feeling dehydrated. I keep a stock at home and bring it on all my vacations, just in case I get sick and need hydration. I buy it for my 80 year old Mother to help keep her hydrated and keep steady sodium & potassium levels.
