One size fits most. Light and radio are not included.

Good quality. Solid construction. Small pocket.
I've only used this in the field twice (Search and Rescue). So far it seems durable, comfortable and well-made of quality materials. The pocket is small which can be good and bad. I can fit my write in the rain notebook, pen, pencil, compass and a couple of folded up papers. I appreciate the slim (feminine) body profile. My walkie antenna is pretty close to my jaw/chin, but never actually came in contact with it. Not major for me, but may bother some others. This could be adjusted a little by lengthening the shoulder straps. The radio pocket size adjustment is velcro on the inside which I adjusted while I was wearing it. The velcro caught on my merino wool shirt and did some damage. Next time I'll adjust this pocket size before I put it on. Overall happy with the purchase. Definitely smaller profile and pocket size.
