Great little kit
It is an excellent little trauma kit, the shears feel a little flimsy but I tested them out and they cut very well. I have one of these in the center console of my personal pickup and one hanging in my patrol vehicle for quick access. Will buy more.

My Personal Favorite
This has everything you need in a portable med kit. Main reason I bought it is for the tourniquet. Whether it's for combat situation or just going out camping with the family, this will have you covered. I can't say anything as far a durability, because I haven't put it through any testing. It seems sound in every way I like my personal kit. My only small concern is with the snips being on the outside of the pack. May need to finagle a more reliable way of incorporating the snips, just for my own personal security. If you have room you can put them in the pack itself. I just didn't want to bend or compromise them. All in all everything I wanted in a on the go all purpose med pack.

great setup
Products inside are as advertised so this is about the bag itself-great setup. Very will made; quality material. I added a ripper attachment to the shears though (I think that should be standard on all shears).

RESCUE ESSENTIALS EMT RIP-AWAY LITE OPERATOR KIT
Excellent product. Exactly as represented. Quality pouch with quality contents. Very secure with the external strap. Very effective velcro attachment yet not difficult to detach. If you are looking for a tear-away ifak I would highly recommend this product.

A very compact size with great contents. You can add a Swat-T + a QuickClot Gauze and you will have a very efficient kit.
