It's a whistle which is better than no whistle when you need one
Purchased cheap on closeout I like the light weight, bright color and most of the clip. Not very loud, you better have good lungs.

Nothing Special
The whistle looks cheap, but I wasn't expecting much for the price. It's best feature is that it can clip on to the outside of a pack or shirt. It isn't super loud, but it serves a purpose. Overall , it will work.
