Great IFAK pouch for duty belt

Good size for mounting on duty belt. I fit chest seals, celox gauze and an Isreali bandage in it. I carry my Cat 7 in an Eleven 10 holder.

    Eagle ifak back (empty)

I really prefer the year away style pouches for an IFAK. I purchased this one to because it’s a bit more streamlined than the Condor rip away lite. As such it does hold less bit still I was able to fit C.A.T. Tq, mini sharpie, 4” Israeli, flat compressed gauze, small roll of duct tape and gloves. I was hoping to also slide a Swat-t in there but it would not fit.
The only compliant I might have is I was hoping to put it on the side of my back pack which has two rows of molle... I’ll have to make some modifications as this is setup to go on three rows

    Great buy

This is an awesome price on a great IFAK bag. I have had these before (issued equipment) and they hold just what I need. Opening is quick and it has a detachable card on the inside to help unpack trauma supplies when needed quickly.

    Fits a nitch

I find it a little tight for a good IFAK. But it is great as a secondary. The old rule "If you need 1 have 2" comes in to play. My main kit is in the front of my carrier. This does well in the back. Holds spare Bandage, Packing, Shears and Tourniquet well. The pull out unit is easy to grab blind. Well made.
