Good EMS pouch
I like this little pouch. Very well made here in the USA. I thought it would be a bit bigger, but I can still stuff all my PPE, stethoscope and a few odds-n-ends in the main compartment. My trauma shears, Surefire and multi-tool fit in the outer pockets very well. The only two real problems that I have are the radio holder and waist belt. The radio holder elastic is a little too short to secure a standard Motorola and the waist belt should be two inch webbing instead of the 1.5 inch. I find the belt slips a little when I have my radio in the pouch. I can get my radio secured with the provided webbing; I just need to really stretch it out. I'll probably replace the elastic cord with some longer cord to make it a bit easier.
