Most web orders ship within one to two business days. We make every effort to avoid back orders, but they do occasionally occur due to high demand. If there is an extended delay (over two weeks) we will contact you.
Orders ship via USPS or UPS unless you instruct otherwise.Tracking information will be uploaded to the site and emailed to you as soon as the item is packaged for shipping.

Orders shipping to the “lower 48” are charged a flat-rate, $4.99, per-order.
Exceptions include oversized products, for which exact shipping charges will be determined after the order is placed. Customer service will contact you if that is the case.
Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipping options are available, actual shipping cost will apply. We must pull your order to determine the exact shipping charge. Please call us at 719-539-4843 before 4pm EST.
ALASKA & HAWAII SHIPPING
Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged actual shipping costs. Initially, you will be charged $19.95, Customer Service will contact you if the actual shipping is more. If shipping is less than the original amount of $19.95 you will receive a refund and your order will be shipped.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, there are restrictions on certain products/brands; some products CANNOT be shipped to international destinations including select products by North American Rescue, Team Wendy helmets, Persys, Pocket BVM, TacMed Solutions, and SAM Medical Products.
Initially, a $39.99 international shipping fee is charged to your credit card. If the actual shipping amount is less than $39.99, a refund for that amount is granted. If the shipping charge exceeds $39.99, the additional amount will be charged to your credit card, pending your approval.
Please also note that the shipping rates are dependent on weight and dimensions. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
As an international customer, there are few things you need to know:
- Before shipping international orders, we will send you a quote for your shipping options. These may include USPS International Priority Mail, UPS, and/or FEDEX. Please call us at 719-539-4843 with questions or concerns.
- When ordering from Rescue Essentials, YOU, the buyer and recipient, are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country, and for all fees associated with doing so. Customs, duties, & taxes are levied once the shipment reaches the destination country, and are separate from the shipping fee’s we charge you.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.
Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, Rescue Essentials will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take a few additional days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
