Rescue Essentials hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm MST.
Most orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business day via USPS or UPS unless you instruct otherwise. If an item on your order is out of stock or delayed for any reason, Customer Service will notify you ASAP. Tracking information will be uploaded to the site and emailed to you as soon as the item is packaged for shipping.
*Orders shipping to the “lower 48” are charged a flat-rate, $4.99, per-order. Orders are normally delivered in 2-6 business days.
*Exceptions include oversized products, for which exact shipping charges will be determined after the order is placed. Customer service will contact you if that is the case.
Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipping options are available, actual shipping cost will apply. We must pull your order to determine the exact shipping charge. Please call us at 719-539-4843 before 4pm EST.
ALASKA & HAWAII SHIPPING
Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged actual shipping costs. Initially, you will be charged $19.95, Customer Service will contact you if the actual shipping is more. If shipping is less than the original amount, you will receive a refund and your order will be shipped.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world!
There are restrictions on some products, and some products CANNOT be shipped to international destinations including: North American Rescue products, Team Wendy helmets, Pocket BVM, TacMed Solutions, and SAM Medical Products.
International orders will be charged actual shipping costs, and customers are contacted prior to shipment for their approval of the shipping charges. Initially, a $39.99 charge is assessed by default and refunds issued if the actual shipping amount is less. If the charge is greater, your order will be held until you have given your approval of the shipping charge.
Please also note that the shipping rates are dependent on weight and dimensions. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
As an international customer, there are few things you need to know:
- All International orders will ship via USPS International Priority Mail.
- When ordering from Rescue Essentials, YOU, the buyer and recipient, are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country, and for all fees associated with doing so. Customs, duties, & taxes are levied once the shipment reaches the destination country, and are separate from the shipping fee’s we charge you.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
