Start with a pair of nitrile gloves, add numerous adhesive bandages, three forms of gauze, wound closures, a finger scalpel, triple antibiotic, wound cleaning wipes, tweezers, and an Immediate Action Card. Put it in bat bag for my kids baseball team. Fit great and had everything we needed.

Gave one to each one of my family. Great for minor scrapes and injuries. The bag is very nice and can accommodate more items

For the price this is the best FAK on the market, it's a basic first aid kit, not a trauma kit. It is contained in a small nylon bag and can be refilled

Nice kit, and a good value, especially at the sale price. Great selection of personal first aid items in the kit. The bag is nicely constructed and has some room for adding a few other supplies (I added a trauma pad, a mini-shears, and a 2 inch elastic bandage). It's my EDC FA Kit.
