    Perfect

I'm so glad I bought this. There is a lack of good pocket IFAK pouches. This is well made and at a great price. And it actually can fit into a pocket. My set up is still flat and is as follows. Right side- 2 "pocket size" Beacon Chest Seals, flat duct tape, 3x3 gauze pad, prep pads. Left side- Flat compressed gauze, 15 gram pouch of Celox granules, ARS decompression needle (March Darts are too long), a few safety pins, pair of nitrile gloves across the top. I hope this helps. I'm buying another one.

    Ecellent Compact Bag

    Posted by Richard K. on 02 06 2018

I got this to carry all the items in the Covert Carry Advanced Trauma kit. It does take all the items, very snuggly. However, when packed, it is still a bit too thick to fit "covertly" into the back pocket of my jeans. While I could make it thinner by switching out the SOFT-W for a SWAT, I prefer not to as the SWAT is not particularly easy to apply to one self one handed. For carry in one of the so-called tactical pants, it works easily. For carry on a belt or strapped onto some other kit, it has proper attachments. Other than that issue, it appears to be well made and well worth the price.

    CCW ESSENTIAL!

If you are an average CCW holder, get one of these! and stock it yourself as needed or get the pre-filled. *You will need to put the SWAT-T tourniquet in the pouch, the CAT-tourn just won't fit* Great item for the price and flat-rate shipping is always good!

I can't say enough about this pouch! I have ushers in churches and Executive Protection individuals carrying these pouches. I have in my 511 messenger bag ALL the time.

This case is perfect for uniform or plain clothes carry. I have mine stocked with a SWAT tourniquet, CELOX, CPR mask, gloves and chest seal. Everything I could need for a major incident. I highly recommend this case.
