SAM Splint Combo Pack - (24" Orange/Blue Splint with Blue Cohesive Wrap)

This SAM® Splint Combo Pack features a roll of blue cohesive wrap with a flat-folded 24" Orange and Blue SAM® Splint. The 24" length is suitable for smaller kits that cannot accommodate a 36" splint, and this splint has all the characteristics of the Original 36" splint, except for the shorter overall length. Cohesive wrap is the preferred material for securing SAM Splints, and has numerous other uses.
