Belt loop as originally shipped was to big and holder was not snug to belt. Not professional looking. I removed belt loop and experimented with various positions. The holder is now snug to the belt and looks professional. I can send a photo if that helps.

Works on traditional cat and soft T wide tourniquets. Attaches via Pals webbing so if you don't use that system it won't work.
