Larger than the original QuikLitter™, the QuikLitter XL model provides 14 rugged handles, a 1000 lb capacity and two adjustable patient retention straps. It can be employed for everyday use as a soft stretcher, as a backboard lift assist, or as MCI emergency patient transport. The QuikLitter XL is constructed of heavy duty polypropylene webbing, and backed with a lightweight fluid-resistant non-woven material, laminated with a polyethylene backing for durability. This is an ideal RESCUE TASK FORCE Casualty Collection Device, and is small and light enough to store virtually anywhere or to include in every major trauma bag or emergency response vehicle.

It is recommended to use at least four people to ensure safe transport and transfer, minimizing the chance of accident or injury. Not for use where spinal stability is an issue. Latex-Free.

*NOT A DRAG DEVICE. Designed for patient carry only.*

    Used as Emergency Canine Litter

    Posted by Joe on 03 08 2023

Purchased this for emergency use in case my 190 pound English Mastiff needs evac to the vet. She is a big ole girl and awkward to move if she hurts her legs and gets down on me.

    Quicklitter XL

It's big. Make sure not too big for your desired purpose. Good quality, I do recommend if you're looking for something full size like this.

    Bariatric size indeed

Love that it has straps to stop the person being lifted from sliding out the other end. All the handles are helpful too.

    Quicklitter XL

Larger than expected, possibly too large for practical use. Construction seams good for the price. It’s not something I’d drag around in training but will definitely load test.

Works as both litter and carryall when attached to "deer carts."

    Posted by GhillieMan on 09 28 2020

Use carabiners on the litter's handles to keep the litter taught and secured to deer cart and prevent fall through. Larger, quality deer carts with this litter attached will allow the operators (hunters, rescuers, etc.) to single-handedly haul out an injured person from the woods or rough terrain.

Might be the safest for responders moving bariatrics

Posted by Doug Fritz on 08 13 2020

We use these and the regular Quiklitter, but the XL is perfect for the big ones. Because it's flexible, it's easier on the back of the lifters- if the guys on the head lift up, it doesn't teeter-totter the guys down an the other end. And it's inexpensive. Our EMS partners have more expensive litters, but everyone prefers to use Quiklitters instead.
