Rescue Essentials is hands down the best retailer of emergency medical gear. I have purchase from them numerous times and can attest that their customer service is amazing. The one time that I did have a problem with one of their products, they immediately corrected the issue. You can't ask for better than that.

They had everything I was looking for at very reasonable price, even less than at other web sites. Shipment was fast and come with detailed shipping receipt. I did not receive all of my order in the first shipment, but, when I contacted customer service, they shipped me the remaining item quickly. I ordered from Rescue Essentials before and I did not have this problem. My order did have a lot of different items, so I understand that a mistake could happen, so I rate this experience as good, and my earlier as excellent. Watch the quality control, but I will order from them in the future because they handled the problem with precision. Maybe next time I will return to excellent...
