Domestic Shipping
We ship orders to the "lower 48" on a flat-rate ($4.99), per-order basis.
Regular Shipping: $4.99 (Normally ships within 1 business day, delivered in 2-5 business days)
Certain exceptions apply. In the case of an exception you will be contacted by Customer Service.

Alaska, Hawaii and international orders will be charged actual shipping costs, and customers are contacted prior to shipment for their approval of the shipping charge.
*** For Alaska and Hawaii customers, a $19.95 charge is assessed by default and refunds issued if the shipping amount is lower than that.
International Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Restricted products include SAM Medical Products and North American Rescue Products.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose, then contact you with the order total for your approval.
As an international customer, there are several things you need to know:
* We are prohibited by distribution agreement from shipping products from North American Rescue, SAM Medical Products or the Pocket BVM internationally. If you place any of those items in your cart you will be contacted and informed that they are unavailable in your area. If you need those products, please let us know. We will forward your request to the manufacturer, who will direct you to a distributor in your region.
* International orders are charged actual shipping cost. By default, the shipping charge will show up as $39.99. If the actual charge is less than that, a refund will be issued. If the charge is greater than that, you will be contacted with the actual amount and your order will be held until you have given your approval of the shipping charge.
* All International orders will ship via USPS International Priority Mail.

Returns
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We will issue your refund within one business day of our receipt of your returned package, and the time it takes to post to your account depends on your bank. Paypal refunds are immediate.
