Required treatment for severe diarrhea, or other illnesses where dehydration is a problem. These rehydration salts, made from the standard World Health Organization formula, should be a part of every travel kit, particularly for those traveling with children or in Third World countries. The combination of salt (as Sodium Chloride, 3.5 g. and Trisodium Citrate, Dihydrate, 2.9 g.), potassium (as Potassium Chloride, 1.5 g.) and glucose (Anhydrous, 20 g.) enhances the ability of the large intestine to absorb fluids. Includes instructions.
Directions for use: dissolve in 1 liter of drinking water
Good for three years from date of manufacture.

I work in a high humidity environment. I deliver packages in a truck that hits 110 degrees. I felt the essential salts deplinish every day by the end of the week I was at the Dr.office. We love this product!! We have been using these salts for about 5 years now. they are great for backpacking when you need a boost from exertion and dehydration. Also great for any illness which depletes your energy . Works better than energy drinks with out all the added sugar.
