The combination of salt (as Sodium Chloride, 3.5 g. and Trisodium Citrate, Dihydrate, 2.9 g.), potassium (as Potassium Chloride, 1.5 g.) and glucose (Anhydrous, 20 g.) enhances the ability of the large intestine to absorb fluids. Includes instructions.
Directions for use: dissolve in 1 liter of drinking water

We love this product!! We have been using these salts for about 5 years now. they are great for backpacking when you need a boost from exertion and dehydration. Also great for any illness which depletes your energy . Works better than energy drinks with out all the added sugar.
