North American Rescues Maritime Assault Kit is designed to meet the unique and specific requirements of the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command for a small, efficient Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK). This compact design has all the tools required to mitigate the three leading causes of preventable combat death, 60% of which are from extremity bleeding,  33% from tension pneumothorax and 6% from airway obstruction. This first aid kit has the same features as the CCRK®-Individual with the exception of a fixed belt attachment and is 5% smaller.

Its modular system can be attached to the operator in three ways: (1) using the split-tale connector with height adjustment and Quick-Grip™ leg strap (2) PALS/MOLLE style webbing for attachment to the vest/body armor (3) fasten to the web/gun belt using the quick weave method. Belt and leg attachment straps can be removed and reattached as needed to allow maximum flexibility during load carriage configuration.

    Feels good to be prepared

I have this in my vehicle in case of any emergencies. it might be enough to treat one person, I recommend purchasing a couple more hemostatics on the side just in case there are more than one person/bleed.
