Great for a small kit
After watching a priest faint and cut his forehead during a service I decided to pack one of the ankle holsters here on this nifty site with first aid and cpr material. Decided to add the 5" version of a hemostatic clamp and scissors to keep the profile manageable. Both the clamp and the shears fit into a molle pouch that I've inserted into the holster. These did the trick perfectly.
