Good product and great customer service
I've used the product once as an additional layer in my sleeping bag during a very rainy trip. Even though the tent was letting water in, this helped keep me warm and dry. It makes much less noise than I expected, it's roomy, and seems like it's durable enough to take some beatings. As for customer service - I was extremely pleased as well. I placed an order with multiple items and when I received my delivery, I noticed that the bivvy was missing. I understand that mistakes happen and when I called RE I spoke with Jorian. I think he was more concerned about the missing bivvy than I was! I thought there was no way that I'd get the bivvy in time for my trip, but there it was waiting for me on the front porch! Honestly I was dreading having to call because I expected to go through an interrogation. What I got was 180 degrees different. Much appreciated!!!
