The Cura Medical Pouch is a compact, low profile pouch designed to hold a variety of TCCC IFAK and basic first aid components. Great for use as a vehicle headrest kit when combined with our MOLLEHead vehicle mount, a Stop The Bleed wall mount kit, or anywhere a thin, low profile pouch is a more ergonomic solution.
The Cura comes with a rip away MOLLE mount allowing the pouch to quickly be removed from the mount if needed. An external tourniquet holder on the bottom provides instant access to a tourniquet without even opening the pouch. Inside pockets can accommodate a wide variety of medical supplies including an 18” SAM Splint. Two clear zippered pockets provide a great storage area for small items like unit dose medications or splinter forceps. Available in both black and red.

Really glad I bought this
I was searching for an EMT-type MOLLE pouch that doesn't stick out like a tumor, as I have been unhappy with the profile my Condor large tear-away EMT pouch. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Rescue Essentials makes one, and for a reasonable price. The layout is well thought-out, it holds a good amount of medical supplies, and it horizontally fills out the front of my backpack without sticking way out: it actually looks like it's supposed to be there, like it's just part of the pack. This is pretty much exactly what I was looking for.
