Great to have for every day carry

I have two of these, one for myself and one for my wife. These are great kits for a great price. The only two things I would really add would be a HALO seal, and possibly some burn gel (which I added to my kits).

    Nice concept: compact and complete

I've been toting one of these around every work day. I'm an urgent care MD and rather than rely on my nurses to assemble the gear to treat a GSW or other significant walk-in trauma this rides in my go-bag (which I can send a nurse/receptionist to grab). I added a second set of gloves in the outside pocket. Many would disparage the ability of the SWAT-T to stop an arterial bleed but it is easy to put on yourself with only one handed and does double duty as a compression bandage. I own about a dozen,as well as other types, and left the SWAT-T in here.
