Great product for dog owners
Hope to never need, but important to have, especially if you take your dog into woods/heavy brush areas.

TACMED K9 Tourniquet
I can't really write a good review, I haven't used it. I hope I don't have to. A farm next to where I walk my dogs isn't being maintained, and has barb wire down. Not good if an animal gets tangled in it. This is just in case. From the video, should work. The rating I gave it was because it seems good, but I have no experience with it.
